Job Description

• Report to the Human Resources& Administrative Department Head • Work closely with the senior executives in developing administrative and operational initiatives and strategies to meet the company’s growth plan and changing business needs. • Formulate, implement and review administrative procedures and policies to ensure compliance of all stipulated legal requirements • Role as Business Partner to provide full range of professional administrative services to the different business units and departments • To ensure the implementation and maintenance of housekeeping best practices for office premiers, canteen, parking lot, and other properties of the group • To ensure comfortable and safety working environment by promoting and the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures • Lead and manage the administrative team by setting plan, KPI, employee development, and performance appraisal, etc • Perform other duties as assigned by the company

Requirement

• Successful applicants will possess a minimum of 10 years experience in handling administration functions of which 5 years at managerial level • Degree holder in Management or the related disciplines. • Previous experiences gained in sizable organizations are definitely an advantage • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be adept at influencing stakeholders and employee relations. • Conversant with Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations. • People-oriented, proactive, resourceful, outgoing, self-motivated and a good team player. • Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded. • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Khmer. • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS. • Immediately available is highly preferred What we offer We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits including meal, 13th month salary, bonus, insurance, pension fund, birthday allowance, married allowance, child birth allowance, child allowance, bereavement allowance, and annual leave, as well as excellent career development opportunities in our exciting environment to the right candidate.
