Job Description

GEP Supervisor shall perform the duties as follows: - Ensures the exam papers and lesson plan from teachers meet the requirement and standard; - ensures that all new staff/teachers receive a comprehensive induction; - keeps up-to-date with relevant issues and school policies; - facilitates the sharing of good practice through meetings; - Prepares student evaluation on teachers twice per term; - Observes teachers once a term; - prepares improvement plans and action plan within the department for GEP Director; - Performs monthly report concerns within department. This involves monitoring students’ academic, -cooperative and behavioral performance, then reporting the students’ progress to the Academic Coordinator within campus and GEP Director within WIS; - Prepares or substitutes teachers if teachers are absent; - Prepares schedule for teachers; - Prepares GEP E-grade books for teachers and new term - May perform other related tasks as required by the school.

Requirement

- Both male and female candidates are welcome. - Cambodian only. - have a Bachelor of Arts major in Teaching (TEFL or TESOL) - be honest and creative person. - be punctual. - build good rapport with students and students' parents. - commit to complete jobs provided. * Working day: Monday – Saturday * Working hour: 8:00 – 11:00 AM and 1:30 – 6: 30 PM
