· Maintaining strong relationship with customers.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Identify and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
· Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market
· Design and implement a strategic plan to support company sale target.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities for management review.
· Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
· BBA degree in related fields
· Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
· Proactive, hard-working, honest, confident, result oriented.
· Fast learned, Dynamic, Team spirit, Flexible, Solving problem skills
· Good communication, interpersonal and follow up skills
· Honest and good commitment to achieve the target.
