Job Description

- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource and administrative policies and procedures; - Identify legal requirements and government regulations especially regulations issue by MOL, MOC, and NBC that may affect human resources and administrative functions. Study legislation, and arbitration decisions, to assess industry trends; - Manage the recruitment and selection process; - Maintain BNKC’s staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling manager on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interview, and recommending changes; - Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, termination, and promotion; - Maintain employee benefit programs by studying and assessing benefit need and market trends, and recommending benefit programs to management; - Administer benefits programs such as insurances, pension plan, and all kind of leaves, - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance; - Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, and compliance with BNKC’s policies and procedures; - Provide capacity development and counseling assistance to employee/team members to enhance employee performance and productivity; - Ensure a clean, secure office environment, availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, computer etc.; - Ensure availability of stationery, photocopy machine and other facilities and office equipment for daily operation; - Ensure protection and security of files and records; - Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date; - Manage all BNKC’s assets (locating, checking/ counting etc.); - Manage all the property belong to BNKC including building installation, renovation, and renting.

Requirement

- Holding bachelor degree of business administration or related field; - At least four years related working experience - Has knowledge about Job Description preparation - Has knowledge about document, office, and property management - Understand how to develop HR and Admin policy and procedure - Understand Labor Law, Contract Law, Regulation, Prakas, and Announcement of MOL, NBC, and MOC - Has Knowledge about how to set up and manage budgeting - Writing formal letter, and filing skills - Communication and Interpersonal skills - Analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills - Time management and stress management skill - Be able to use Computer MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email - Be Patience, Honest, and trustworthy
