Job Description

- Hands on experience on a wide range of Network devices. Routers (Mikrotik/Cisco), Switches (Cisco), Load Balancers, WAN accelerators Riverbed & Extreme Switches, Wireless Controllers. - Manages network performance, maintains fault-tolerant systems and manages system backups. - Installs and maintains network monitoring systems; performs intrusion detection as needed. - Establishes network policies and procedures regarding access methods and time, and security validation checks. - Maintains network security; ensures that security procedures are implemented and enforced. - Maintains CCTV systems and manages backups. - Evaluates new hardware and software for moderately complex networks to determine which products best meet organization/customer needs. - Driving of Critical incidents to resolution with Incident Management Team on a war room bridge coordinating with different teams and relevant stakeholders. - To establish and deploy system and network administration functions to ensure high availability, cost effectiveness, system robustness and high performance of network and systems. - To establish appropriate Corporate ICT infrastructure policies, standards; procedures, processes and risk controls on corporate systems, Active Directory, Messaging Systems, anti-virus/malware, Telecommunication Systems(PABX/PBX). - Hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting and problem resolution for systems hardware and software including systems tuning, performance monitoring, loads balancing, hardening. - Documentation of Corporate ICT systems and network, processes, policies and procedures. - Evaluate and negotiate purchase of Enterprise systems relating to upgrade/new hardware and related software and services - Assist the System Manager in contracts, licenses and vendors. - To manage and support end-user computing services. - Any other IT related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirement

- Hands on experience on a wide range of Network devices. Routers, Switches (Cisco), Load Balancers, WAN accelerators Riverbed & Extreme Switches, Wireless Controllers. - At least 3 years of experience in network and server administration, ie LAN & WAN administration, firewall administration, load balancers. - Experience in administration of IP-PABX System. - Experience in administration of CCTV systems. - Able to deliver robust, secured, highly reliable Systems and Network Infrastructure. - Possess deep technical knowledge in 3 or more domains areas such as: routers, switches, firewalls, network sniffing, monitoring tools will be desirable. - Experienced in administering WAN/LAN technologies with sound analytical and problem solving skills.
