Job Description
- Check the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest need - Organizes and facilitates the room making process - Prepares and distributes the Room assignment sheet and floor keys to cleaners. - Assigns team members their duties, and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. - Ensure of repair work orders and submit to Hotel Engineering person according to procedures; Follow up progress of maintenance requests to ensure completion. - Co-ordinate with supplier for Pest control, Laundry services and other outsource services. - Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team member - Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned - Other tasks assign by ManagementContact Information
