Job Description
- Preparation of monthly and yearly financial report in accordance with the latest accounting standards.
- Create and maintain process flow.
- Control all monthly and yearly report.
- Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, statement of charges in equity.
- Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations.
- Accruals, Fix-assets, revenue recognition & variance analysis.
- Budgeting and forecasting and monthly management report.
- Well manage accounting documents in file
- Issue all accounting documents (Invoice, debit note..)
- Review and verify on payment suppliers
- Review and price of material and spear part
- Clear tax document (VAT)
- Tax declaration, prepare tax document, tax filling.
- Monitor monthly financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Ensure sufficient supporting document of all financial transaction
- Preform other duties as assigned by manager
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Accounting is preferable
- Pursuing ACCA qualification is advantage
- At least 2 years experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, double entry, Cambodia standard accounting
- Knowledge of Tax (monthly tax, & profit tax), and incorporation process
- knowledge of International Accounting Standard(IASs) or Cambodia Accounting Standard (CAS),
- knowledge of auditing practices and principles is a plus,
- Sound of English Language & Computer literacy
- Excellent computer skills-MS Word, Excel, Quick Book.
