Job Description
- Ensure all documentations are properly file for Corporate Service Department.
- Check/review/all advance and expense of department before submitting to head of department,
- Provide support and arrange for monthly team meetings, trainings/workshops and any campaign
- Other request by Head of Department
Requirement
- Strong secretarial and administrative knowledge is highly preferable.
- Degree in Accounting, Administrative, Economic, or other related
- Effective and Good interpersonal skill, English comprehension on the both writing and speaking
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong in computer skill (Word, Excel, Internet – email, … )
- Fresh graduate or have experiences in Secretarial, Administration and accounting is acceptable.
