Job Description

- Promote the products (both existing and new) and provide financial service to clients; - Build a good relationship with local authorities to get their supports for loan documents process; - Helps customers by answering questions; responding to requests. - Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans; - Process, collect and investigate client’s documents for loan assessment (including financial analysis and collateral evaluation); - Prepare loan document for approval and disbursement and ensure that all approved applications are of quality account and complied with the policy and guidelines of BNKC; - Follow up the existing clients, and handle problems (depend on problems); - Develop strategic plan in order to demand the payment amount of bad debt;

Requirement

- Holding bachelor degree of business administration or related field - At least one year related working experience - Good judgment and decision making skills - Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem -solving skills - Be able to use Computer MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email - Be Patience, Honest, and trustworthy - Be able to speak, read, and write English or Korean - A confident and assertive manner - The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
