Job Description

- Processes reservations by email, telephone, fax or central reservation systems - Provides information when requested and promotes hotel’s services, facilities and special events - Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout, selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans - Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel - Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk - Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing - Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations - Other tasks assign by Management
