Job Description

- Participate in setting up business objectives and sales targets of SME Team - Participate in developing strategic plan of SME Team - Achieve pre-determined business objectives and sales targets in growth of SME lending area through effective marketing and sales of Bank’s products and services. - Manage, lead and coach SME Team - Participate or join SME staff to conduct preliminary screening interview for borrowing customers - Conduct site visit to fully understand the collateral property/ies, customer’s business and development/construction project/s when necessary. - Prepare regular loan pipeline report - Proactively respond of customers’ complaint resolution within service level agreement - Monitor existing loan accounts and conduct periodic credit review - Maximize business profitability and manage credit quality of SME customers - Perform others task as assigned by line manager.

Requirement

- Demonstrated ability to work independently. - Enthusiastic, dynamic, and open personality - Demonstrate good level of interpersonal, negotiation, interview and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Khmer - Strong leadership skills - Computer literates - Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing / Finance & Banking / Business Administration or equivalent - 5-year experiences with a commercial bank/Micro finance institution in SME sector
