Job Description

Provide support to ATM, POS, Mobile banking and future KREDIT’s E-Banking product. Define the business and system flow of E-banking products. Provide comments to related departments on the involvement of E-banking products to assure that the related functions are cooperated smoothly and on-time. Proactively solve all related problems and prevent it to make sure that there is no happening again. Determine the risk and fraud protection in the E-banking operations. Response to all queries from customers and internal teams concerning with the E-banking products. Effectively manages the department functions while meeting and adhering to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies, guidelines, and re quirements regarding compliance. Prepare all related reports for E-banking department. Assist e-Banking Manager to achieve responsible tasks covering ATM, POS, and Mobile banking deployment. Prepare documentation on user requirements, operating procedures,operating guideline and policy Cooperate with other department to develop the user acceptance test plan, test details and carry out the user acceptance test Work closely with IT department, E-banking committee and vendor.

Requirement

ï‚·Bachelor Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines ï‚·At least 1 year experience in banking industry and e-banking development areas with exposure to Personal & Corporate Banking of ATM and Mobile Banking channels is highly desirable ï‚·Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset ï‚·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English and Khmer in both spoken and written.
