Job Description

-Develops and implements customer service policies, procedures and standards for WIS -Analyzes and understand clearly school information -Ensures the necessary resources and tool are available for quality customer service delivery (Program for academic year, Tuition, canteen, dormitory, school uniform price…) -Defines and communicates customer service for high WIS standards -Directly the daily operations of the receptionists in all WIS campus -Recruit, mentor and develops customer service employees and nurture a working environment --where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment -Takes ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution -Identifies and implements strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability -Maintains an orderly workflow according to WIS priorities -Evaluates and performances manage receptionists -Collaborates with all Campus Directors -Should perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Requirement

-Holding at least Bachelor Degree in Customer Service, Management, Education or related field -Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in providing customer service support -Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques -Awareness of school’s latest trends and applications -Ability to think strategically and to lead employees -Strong client-facing and communication skills

Western International School (WIS) is a private secondary school located in the heart of Phnom Penh. We offer an American English curriculum to average Cambodian students from grades K to 12.
