Job Description

•Establishes and promote WIS Standards for all students, parents and staff. •Manages, evaluates and supervises effective procedures for internal operations (Academic programs, extracurricular activities, Discipline system to ensure a safety environment, maintenance, office operations and emergency procedures) •Makes plan for improvements •Supervises Academic Coordinator, Admin Officer, HR Officer, and Registrar’s Officer, Teachers, Teacher Assistants and other staffs •Provide guidance to students about academic and personal issues •Assist in teacher evaluations and classroom supervision •Collaborate with all departments within WIS •Should perform other tasks assigned by WIS.

Requirement

•Holding at least Master Degree in Management, Education or related filed •At least 2 years’ experience in Management or school supervision •Excellent communication skills, both in Khmer and English •Strong leadership, reliable, resourceful creative and interpersonal skills •Capability to assess and develop competences of staff •Willingness to be an active creator in team activities.
