Job Description

 Perform on operational audits such; loan, saving, remittance, HR management, fixed asset/inventory management, administration, cash management and other controls.  Check whether all KREDIT policies procedures and memos were officially approved by management or the Board of Director  Assist to develop audit procedure/program  Perform audit activity planning and audit executing with effective manner.  Prepare/do draft audit report with prior verification from senior auditor before doing the exit meeting to branch/sub branch manager  Follow up/review the appropriateness of management’s responses/feedback in the draft audit report then send to direct supervisor (SIA) in timely manner  Do monthly activity audit report to Senior Internal Auditor on a timely manner  Comply with audit Code of Ethics  Learn and adapt well with policies and procedures, law and regulation, updated MEMO and every principle of KREDIT  Accountable for the duties and obligation to achieve the vision, mission and core values of KREDIT

Requirement

ï‚· BBA field in Accounting or Banking and Finance ï‚· Experience in accounting, auditing and/or other related field in microfinance ï‚· Sound knowledge of financial reporting and MFI daily operations ï‚· Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, teamwork ï‚· Proven analytical and problem solving skills ï‚· Good interviewing and presenting skills ï‚· Ability to write in clear and concise report in English and Khmer and communicate effectively ï‚· Dynamic and pleasant personality ï‚· Proficiency in the use of office software products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, graphs, etc.) and in the compilation of statistical data ï‚· Comply with audit code of ethics ï‚· Strongly support the vision and mission of KREDIT ï‚· Ability to travel and stay in province at least 35% ï‚· Self-improvement and continuing professional education.
