Duties

Sale

• Conducting farmers meeting, field demonstration and spot spray demonstration to promote  to farmers.
  
• Farmer technical  with weed management, pest & disease management, nutrient management etc.
  
• Looking new dealers, maintain good relationship with dealers and farmers.
  
• Implementing strategic sales plan set by Marketing Manager
  

Marketing

• Research market trend of agrochemical
  
• Identify emerging markets, market shifts while being fully aware new products completion status
  

Report

Reporting to Regional Manager

Requirements

• Fresh graduated  Agricultural School or related field
  
• Have some experiences with pesticide, crop production and management
  
• Be honest, dynamic, creative, learning skill
  
• Good communication  and team  work collaboration
  
• Have own motor bike and driving license
  
• Candidate base in  province  advantage
  
• Be able to speak English
  
• Knowledge of computer skill ( word, excel, internet  email)
