Job Description
• Provide legal advice related to Sale and Purchase transaction to customers and within the Bank and Projects;
• Represent the Bank and Group to negotiate and prepared contracts;
• Giving signature with Affix stamp on Lease agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreements (in the project) and Corporate Loan, SME Loan, Home Loan and other contract/agreements that assigned by Bank Management in act as witness. (Note: Following Escrow Lawyer current tasks);
• Draft and ensure standardization of Legal Documents;
• Independently handle (Draft, review and negotiate) all type of commercial contracts and tenders (supply, sales, maintenance, procurement contract, etc.);
• Perform urgent tasks assigned by management and requested by Bank, Group and Business units;
• Keep abreast of be aware of updated development information in Banking Law, Real Estate and Property Law including court rulings and legislation and inform to Bank Management;
• Accurately review various Legal instruments prior to final executive via term and conditions.
Requirement
• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Law ;
• An attorney-at-law who has duly registered with the Bar Association of Cambodia;
• A minimum of Four year experiences in law sector;
• Fluency of English and Khmer in both speaking and writing. If possible, Mandarin Language is also needed;
• Have good facilitation and training skills;
• Be a proactive, creative and facilitate work with Escrow team;
• Be able to manage different tasks before deadlines;
• Be able to communicate effectively and solving problem with people at different levels;
• Good knowledge on Business Law, Civil code and in dept knowledge of regulatory law;
• Excellence relationship & Communication skills;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
