Job Description
1
.
Coach, Mentor, assess performance, train
and develop professional credit staff
(LSO/CO, SBM, and BM).
2
.
Deliver credit overview programs to assist
in the training and
development of Credit
lending process
3
.
Monitor daily operations and recommend
changes/adjustments where appropriate
4
.
Analyze credit decisions made by branch
Credit Analysts to ensure that decisions
comply with Credit Guidelines and
Practices whil
e making sound business
sense.

.
Coordinate loans that submit to Credit
Committee by helping to analyze
applicants' financial status, credit, and
property evaluations to determine
feasibility of granting loans.

Create a credit scoring model

.
Act as risk coord
inator in identify credit risk
for Micro Loan and SME lending
8
.
Prepare SME lending report including
SME lending trend, market competition
(price &loan condition), PAR & solving
progress, risk and risk mitigation

.
Ability to analysis the lending risk and
reco
mmend to credit committee
10
.
Act as a point of contact for dealers & field
staff to discuss KREDIT Credit business
related questions & concerns.

Onside coach and train credit operator
staff to help them to do loan assessment
and
able to complete loan forms.

Review Credit Guidelines and Practices
with management on an ongoing basis
recommending changes where necessary.

Work with customers in the branch and
visit them onsite regularly, either with
salespeople or alone.

Requirement

Good Command in English and computer

Very strong communication skills

SME lending and policy maker.
