Job Description
- File personal data of all employees complying with technical standard;
- Input data of new selected employee into computer system;
- Control document in and out;
- Ensure good organize all offices in BNKC especially manage and organize parking for employee and clients;
- Organize internal training, meeting room, yearly seminar, annual party and other BNKC’s events;
- Control and maintain all properties and equipment belong to BNKC including place code number on each assets, register into tracking system, follow up assets movement etc.;
- Control stationery and office supply;
- Prepare proposal for purchasing equipment, stationery and other BNKC’s assets;
- Liaise with National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) and Ministry of Commerce (MOC);
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media agencies, employment agencies, and universities etc.;
- Assist the managers in developing job descriptions, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms and shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Ensure that new employees receive all relevant starter documentation and that conditional offers are prepared and contracts of employment are signed and issued;
- Support line Managers with all Probation Reviews and ensure that all probation reviews are completed within agreed timescales;
- Assist the HR/Admin Manager with preparing, developing and implementing policy and procedures on staff recruitment and to assist in the development of other HR Policies and procedures;
- Assist in training and coaching new managers on recruitment and selection processes;
- Coordinate with other Manager to develop and implement New Staff Orientation Program.
Requirement
- Holding bachelor degree of business administration or related field;
- At least two years related working experience;
- Has knowledge about Job Description preparation;
- Has knowledge about Document Management;
- Understand Labor Law, Contract Law, Regulation, Prakas, and Announcement of MOL, NBC, and MOC.;
- Has Knowledge about Office Administration;
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills
- Time management and stress management skills
- Report writing skills
- Be able to use Computer MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
- Be Patience, Honest, and trustworthy
