ROHAT AGROTECH CO., Ltd is one of the major local companies in Cambodia with strong expertise in agricultural industry. ROHAT commits to enhance agricultural and agroindustry sectors in Cambodia through providing our valuable clients with quality farm irrigation system, pesticide, fertilizer, and as well as modern technical services  and support to increase agricultural products with higher sale price and environmental protection. ROHAT distributes high quality agrochemical products to dealers across Cambodia. The company is looking for qualified candidates to fill the positions below.

Position

Field Promoters (8 positions)

·         Category: Agriculture, community development

·         Location: Kampong Thom, Battambang, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kratie and Takeo

·         Schedule: Full-time

·         Salary: N/A

Duties and Requirement

                Duties

·         Conducting farmers meeting, field demonstration and spot spray demonstration to promote product to farmers.

·         Farmer technical support with weed management, pest & disease management, nutrient management etc.

·         Link farmers to dealers, maintain good relationship with dealers and farmers.

·         Collect information of new agrochemicals in the market

·         Reporting to Regional Manager

Requirement

Requirement

·         Fresh graduated from Agricultural School or related field

·         Have some experiences with pesticide, crop production and management

·         Be honest, dynamic, creative, learning skill

·         Good communication skill and team work collaboration

·         Have own motor bike and driving license

·         Candidate based in the province has priority! 

·         Be able to speak English

·         Knowledge of computer skill ( word, excel, internet and email)
