Job Description

 Achieve pre‐determined business objectives and sales targets in growth of lending assets as well as deposits through effective marketing and sales of Bank’s products and services  Exercise financial statement analysis and judgment in assessing loans.  Interview borrowing customers and make sound credit decision on credit requests.  Review and monitor financial results and operational trends of borrowing accounts.  Conduct site visits to fully understand collateral security and customer’s business  Acquire and maintain knowledge of lending products, services and credit principles  Keep up-to-date with the bank’s product suite and marketing campaigns to ensure superior product knowledge.  Cross-sell Bank’s products through identification of customer’s needs or wealth creating greater opportunities of clients.  Provide one-stop highly personalized and professional service.  Deepen core relationships with existing customers and hunt for their buyers and sellers so as to explore new business opportunities.  Accelerate new clients and improve turn-around time and productivity.
