Job Description
- Maintaining an efficient and effective filing and archiving system - Assisting the HR team in delivering all Human Resources activities - Maintaining all administration and statistical data is up to date in the HR department - Maintaining and update employee files and the staff database - Assisting in the recruitment of team members as requested - Organising and support the running of staff meetings - Assisting in all matters related to staff welfareRequirement
-Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, in majored of Management is preferred -2-3 years relevant experience in similar position. -Self-motivate, flexible, Honest and hard working -Good knowledge in computer (Microsoft office, QuickBooks & Internet & Email) -Good at spoken and written English -Good in communication skillContact Information
